With backgrounds in IT Training, QNS directors formed the company after seeing the lack of quality in computer support available to the end user. Our experiences are wide and varied. Working within many different environments (with companies such as IBM, Siemens, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and The Department of Trade and Industry), we found that most IT support is focused on the technical environment and not the team of people using the systems.
This is where QNS changes the role of the IT resource.
We look after the network environment (cloud, on-site or hybrid) by default, but we focus on the end user experience. A simple problem for a user, can be detrimental to the running of the business. However small the problem is technically, we understand that this can be a major system failure for the user. Not been able to print is not classed as “business critical” by most, but if that print job is to present to a new client, it can be. QNS don’t wait 8 hours or NBD (Next Business Day), we look at your issues for what they are.

With the increased use of the Internet and high-speed connections, remote support of Servers and Workstations became an appealing way of giving quality, instant support without the need for the high costs of on-site computer engineers. With Microsoft certified network engineers (MCSE, MCP), Cisco Router Engineers (CCNA) and Microsoft certified office product trainers (MOUSE), QNS are in the position to offer this service regardless of location or size of our customers.
Our partnership with Microsoft enables us to receive critical updates to all products, together with (beta) testing the new product range up to twelve months prior to release. With these connections we are able to support all new products before they come to the business sector.
